Until 2005, his knowledge of fabric and mechanics and his passion for production gave him 2 Mayer Knitting machines and Akcam Orme Kablo San. ve Tic. Inc. Cetin Akcam has established his company and achieved the success of reaching 110 jacquard machines in 2022. He produces and sells fabrics according to the desired fabric models, which are not in the sector and especially in the foreign market.
In a short time, it becomes the Inditex certified supplier of ZARA with its sales successes. In order to establish close contact with customers abroad, to better understand their demands and to realize target sales, Akcam Jakar Studio (AJS) is established in Spain.
It carries out an application work in order to present rich fabric samples to its customers and sells fabrics to world brands. It is one of the sought-after fabric suppliers.
Having adopted the principle of producing and serving the industry, Cetin Akcam decides to produce Turkey's Brand in order to end foreign dependency in order to find a solution to the reality of having to procure needles and sinkers for Circular Knitting, Knitwear and Hosiery Machines from abroad. It starts to produce needles and sinkers locally and nationally with the Spider Needles brand and ensures that this product is included in the strategic product category.
